2015
First time I entered the top10 of the world!
Completed Outdoor nationals hattrick!
Started meditating!
2nd place individual in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) at the test event for the Olympics!
3rd place with the team in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) at the test event for the Olympics!
Won the Erwin Verstegen Memorial competition in Boekel (Netherlands) with a new European record for the junior WA1440 round (90-70-50-30m) of 1349 points.
1st place at the second edition of the Lowlands Shootout Final on Papendal, Arnhem.
9th place at the biggest World Championships ever in Copenhagen (Denmark) and secured a team ticket for the Olympic Games!
Dutch National Outdoor champion to complete the hattrick! (2013-2014-2015)
2nd place individual at the first European Games in Baku (Azerbaijan)
3rd place with team at the first European Games in Baku (Azerbaijan)
Started Meditating on daily basis.
2nd place with team in Marathon (Greece) and secured team tickets for the European Games!

Started to pick up mental training more intensely!
Second senior outdoor title!
Gave my first lecture (about stabilizers).
Shot a World Record for juniors on 18m of 596/600 points in Eerde (Netherlands)!
Won the first ever Lowlands Shootout Final at Papendal (Netherlands)!
Became Dutch National Outdoor Champion for the second time in a row!
2nd place with Mixed team (together with Esther Deden) at the European Junior Championships in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
3rd place with team at the World Cup in Shanghai (China)!
Won the spring cup in Antalya (Turkey)!
3rd place with Team at the World Indoor Championships in Nimes (France)!
3rd place individual at the indoor World Cup in Telford (Great-Britain)

First senior outdoor title!

Won my first National Senior Outdoor title!
Shot a junior European Record of 1347 points on a WA1440 round in Hoensbroek (Netherlands)!
Made my first World Cup final with the team in Shanghai (China) and got 4th!
3rd place individual at the Senior European Indoor Championships in Rzeszow (Poland)!

And received the first bow that was actually mine!
1999
When my archery life began
Started shooting a bow, together with my father! He was already member of an archery club and took me with him when I was 4 years old! Since we had to shoot through windows, I had to stand on a barstool!
